Jewelry in stock at the time of purchase may be returned, at the client’s expense, within two (2) days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item(s) is returned in the same condition as received. Additionally, client's have fourteen (14) days to send any purchase back for full store credit, provided the item(s) is returned in the same condition as received. Store credits will be honored for one year from the original date of purchase. All returned items must be properly packed and insured, and show no signs of mistreatment or wear. Unless approved by us in writing, returns or credits are not possible for custom items, special orders, any item not in stock when ordered, or for any piece modified specifically for a client.
